Miles for MSA Run & Bike Challenge

Miles for MSA is a 31-day long event where participants are challenged to run 100 miles or bike 300 miles; some are even daring enough to try both. The event began in May of 2020, a short time after the Urban’s received the devastating news that Jon had been diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy.

The event began with Austin completing the challenge alone in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and raising $15,000. In the years since, it has grown significantly.
